Happy Wednesday, earthlings! I've been taking a break from blogging in general for a week because I wasn't in the mood to do anything other than catch up with my video games and tv series throughout Ramadhan break. Speaking of Ramadhan, Happy Eid Mubarak to those who celebrate it. Since I don't celebrate it, the only thing I can tell you about is pretty much an empty shell — unless you count random life updates as something. Until I find the mood to actually blog properly again, let's just do the random rambles and moodboard mapping.

I've been trying to lose two to four pounds for the past few days and uh, I kind of hate how difficult it is to even lose two pounds. I used to be able to do this, hence losing 22 lbs within a year. Now, I'm so much weaker when it comes to resisting temptation. My body issue is starting to eat me up alive again and I just hate how my face looks. My cheeks are chubbier and my face looks even more squarey, if that's even possible. During my one week Ramadhan break, I tried doing cardio in the gym and went on a swim two days after. For the nth time in my life, going to the gym is just not for me. I hate it. I hate the sweating, the humidity, the dampness and the sticky feeling of sweat underneath my shirt. I'm more of the swimmer kind when it comes to exercise but it's not easy to find free pools here. I know two days of exercise won't do shit and I don't have time for swimming anymore once work has started but eh, whatever. I'll just go on a food diet (mostly avoiding rice, high sugar and noodles.) I wish I can be as confident as the girl on my moodboard and say that I look fabulous no matter how much I weigh.

Aside from the body issue that's been going on, I've been enjoying wearing wireless, non-push up bras! Yes, you read that right. I love wireless bras. Growing up, my mom used to tell me to always wear wired bra because wireless ones are going to cause sagging boobs. I don't know why I used to believe that and wore push-ups a lot. Honestly, that's kind of bullshit. I think each woman is blessed with different boobs shape and that's A-okay. Perfect boobs are surgically modified anyway. Ahem, I'm looking at you, Kim K. Ever since I've tried Uniqlo's wireless bra, I don't think I want to go back to using wired ones or worse, push ups.

Another comfortable wear to have completely changed my mind is boyfriend jeans. I never thought I'd be able to wear jeans again until I actually tried loose boyfriend jeans. After getting a yeast infection and feeling itchy every time I slip off my skinny jeans, I vowed to stop wearing jeans and only wear skirt (I look better in skirt due to my mini height, anyway) but when I tried boyfriend jeans, I think I'm going to start hunting down for more. They are relaxing, loose and just all around comfortable. They don't lie when they say that boyfriend jeans is an essential to every wardrobe. I don't shop for clothes that often because skincare and beauty stuff appeal to me so much more but I guess, finding the right boyfriend jeans has got to be in my to-do list.

Last but not least, I think I'm going to quit the Goodreads reading challenge. I don't think I'll be participating because uh, it's June and I haven't finished any book. Not one, none. I don't know what happened but the mood to read is pretty much nonexistent this year. It kind of bothers me though but whatever, I'll try not to stress over it. In the mean time, I think I'm just going to spend 2018 playing and catching up with video games whenever I can. Speaking of video games, anyone here plays Hogwarts Mystery? I'm not huge on mobile gaming (I honestly think it kind of sucks) but for a Harry Potter game, I'm willing to try anything once!

What have you been doing and feeling lately?
